• Additional snow gear rental (skis and boots ARE included in the $ for skiers)

• Wednesday, August 28th: $100 deposit due (non-refundable)
• Wednesday, September 25th: $100 due
• Wednesday, October 30th: $150 due + any additional rental fees due
• Deadline for all payments: NOVEMBER 6th

 
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you do not pay for your total trip cost, you will not be allowed to participate. Please notify us ASAP of any financial questions/issues!

To sign up, you will need to turn in a deposit of $100 in addition to submitting an online registration form located HERE.
 
For every student trip, we also need a Medical Release Form to be filled out and notarized by each student under the age of 18. This will need to be turned in to the Firehouse by November 6th (last payment due date). It can be found at the main office of the Firehouse, in the weekly Firehouse emails, or is available for download, HERE. This form is valid for all our events for one year.
